Free Standard Shipping

At Grace BreezE, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over £30. Your new treasures will arrive within 3-5 business days, carefully packaged.

International Shipping 

We would love to spread the joy of Grace breezE worldwide. International rates and times vary by destination. Please proceed to checkout to view the shipping cost for your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Returns Policy 

30-Day Returns 

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchanged. Please note that the items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund (not including return postage costs unless the item arrived faulty or damaged).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

You will be eligible for a free return if the contents of your order have been damaged and/or are incorrect.

International Returns Policy 

For our valued customers outside the United Kingdom, please note that we are unable to accept returns if customs duties were not settled by the customer upon receipt of the goods. Additionally, we cannot refund any customs duties or taxes on items returned to us, regardless of whether they are faulty or unsuitable. These charges are managed by an agreement between the purchaser and their local Customs and Excise Department.

Easy Return Process

1. Contact us to initiate a return.          

2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging.

3. Attach the provided return label to the outside of the package.

Return Postage Recommendations

To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable and insured shipping method. Please retain your proof of postage and/or the receipt with the tracking number, as we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for items that we do not receive.

Non-Returnable Items 

For hygienic purposes, pierced earrings are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. 

Please note Grace Breeze will refund the GBP purchase price and takes no responsibility for exchange rate movements that may have occurred between time of purchase and return.

Warranties

All our plated jewellery has a warranty of 6 months with proof of purchase. Please note for the warranty to be valid you will have to return to us your faulty item in full in order to receive a replacement. Our warranty does not entitle you to receive a replacement of refund for lost of stolen items.
